Please be advised a credit card is required to book an appointment and will be securely stored through Jane Payments via Stripe. Your card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice, as that time was reserved for you. Due to high demand and the nature of small business, this policy helps protect our practitioners’ time and livelihood.

Sam is accepting new clients for all timings of appointments 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 mins.

Please note: that Sam provides RMT & AT services for clients and athletes ages 13+. If you are booking for someone younger than 13, please schedule a paediatric massage with Janelle.

Vestibular Physiotherapy

Vestibular physiotherapy is a type of physiotherapy targeted for individuals experiencing vertigo, dizziness or balance concerns.


Concussion Physiotherapy

Concussion Physiotherapy is a type of physiotherapy focused on treating individuals following concussion/brain injury. This can be acutely (shortly after injury) or individuals living with persistent post-concussion symptoms.


Orthopaedic Physiotherapy

Orthopaedic Physiotherapy is a type of physiotherapy that works with treating individuals with musculoskeletal injuries such as sprain/strains, following surgery, fractures, or pain (e.g. neck, shoulders, back pain, ankle, hip and so much more!).


Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Pelvic and reproductive physiotherapy at B3 Therapy currently is accepting clients for anyone experiencing urinary incontinence. This is comprehensive assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for individuals experiencing incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

Massage therapy can be an important part of care for speech, voice, and swallowing concerns when muscular tension, imbalance, or soft tissue restriction are present. By improving mobility and reducing strain in the neck, throat, and tongue regions, treatment can help support more efficient and comfortable function. Common symptoms or indications for treatment may include: MTD (Muscle Tension Dysphonia), Post Surgical (throat/neck/jaw/tongue), Pre/Post tongue tie release (frenectomy), OMDs (Oral Myofunctional Disorders), vocal strain, feeling fatigue or heaviness in the voice after speaking for extended periods, difficulty swallowing (dysphagia), or coughing/choking during meals, a persistent sensation of tightness or a “lump” in the throat, speech that feels effortful, unclear, or difficult to coordinate, noticeable tension in the jaw, tongue, or throat during speaking or forward head posture or ongoing neck discomfort.

Janelle Beatty, RMT, CCAMA, Certified Pilates Therapist

Janelle graduated with honours from Mohawk College in 2016 with an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She has also completed the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture Program and is a Certificant of the Canadian Academy of Medical Acupuncture (CCAMA).

Throughout her years in practice, Janelle has developed a strong clinical focus in assessing and treating conditions involving the jaw, neck, and head. She has extensive training in temporomandibular joint (TMJ) treatments and has completed several advanced continuing education courses related to jaw pain and dysfunction. Janelle also works with individuals experiencing tongue, voice or swallowing concerns. This may include presentations such as Muscle Tension Dysphonia (MTD), Oral Myofunctional Disorders (OMDs), vocal strain or fatigue, dysphagia, globus sensation, effortful or unclear speech, and post-surgical recovery involving the jaw, tongue, throat, or neck. She also supports individuals pre- and post-tongue tie release (frenectomy).

Additionally, Janelle has completed advanced coursework in concussion assessment and rehabilitation and has experience treating individuals recovering from concussions and traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Her clinical approach emphasizes thorough assessment, symptom modulation, and coordinated care within an interdisciplinary framework.

Janelle strongly values and encourages collaborative care and frequently co-manages treatment plans with dentists, speech-language pathologists, physiotherapists, myofunctional therapists, and other health professionals to support continuity of care.

In addition to her manual therapy work, Janelle is a Certified Pilates Therapist and Pilates Reformer Instructor, and integrates movement education as part of rehabilitation. Her approach throughout all of her work is thorough, evidence-informed, and patient-centric.

Janelle’s practice is shaped by the principle of Ancora Imparo — “Still, I am learning.” She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and continues to pursue advanced training and interdisciplinary collaboration. This commitment supports her clinical reasoning and allows her to integrate current research and evidence-informed approaches into patient care.

Sam is a certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist. Sam attended York University where she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Kinesiology and a certificate in Athletic Therapy. Sam then furthered her studies at the Ontario College of Health and Technology where she earned a diploma in Massage Therapy.

Sam works closely with local teams as their AT, you may have seen her on the bench with Brantford 99ers Jr.A (2022/23, 2023/24 seasons), Six Nations Arrows Jr.A (2022,23,24 seasons), Brantford Warriors Jr.C (2023,24 seasons) and Brantford Titans Jr.B (2024/25 season). In addition to hockey and lacrosse, Sam was the Sr student therapist with York University Women’s basketball. While Sam works closely with the athletic community, she believes that exercise can be tailored to anyone’s life and specific needs.With her RMT designation, Sam is excited for the chance to work closely with the Brantford community in the clinical setting. Sam believes in a holistic approach to her patients’ concerns, looking at the whole picture to best understand and find a solution. Catherine (she/her) is a Registered Physiotherapist. She attended Western University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science, with a specialization in Kinesiology. Before pursuing a master’s degree, Catherine worked as a Registered Kinesiologist. During this time, she had the opportunity to work with individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis through the GLA:D program, and teach virtual exercise classes for older adults.

She attended McMaster University for her Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy. During the physio program, she completed a variety of placements, including a placement in paediatrics where she developed a passion for working with children. She also travelled to Thunder Bay, ON to work with rural communities and explore Northern Ontario.

Catherine is passionate about advocating for underserved populations and gender equality in healthcare. She has an interest in reproductive and pelvic health and is currently the Advocacy Lead for the Women’s Health Division of the CPA.

Outside of work Catherine loves staying active through tennis, powerlifting and hiking. She also loves plants, baking, and arts and crafts!

Matt graduated from Washington University in St.Louis in 2021 with a doctoral degree and has been treating pelvic, vestibular and orthopaedic patients in Illinois since, and just recently moved back to Brantford.

Matt has taken multiple post-graduate courses in treating men, women and transgender individuals with their pelvic health problems. His goals are to assist clients to enable their own independence and elevate their sense of agency in everyday living through therapeutic means and the unique movement system approach (MSI).Matt uses his patients goals and desires to shape their treatment program because he believes ‘no one knows your own body better than you do’. His goal is to create an inclusive environment where patients feel they are not judged or looked down at for their healthcare problems.

Matt stresses evidenced based approaches and loves to learn new research and stay updated on various pelvic health and vestibular topics of interest.

When not working, Matt is a homebody at heart, he enjoys cooking (and eating), watching shows/movies, reading, gaming, and spending time with his Cat (Ophelia), family and friends.
